How much space do the meals take up in the freezer?Updated 20 days ago

Our meal sizes are as follows:

- Veggie bowls are single servings, 12-13oz, and the boxes are about 7" x 7".

- Soup bowls are single servings, 16oz, and their containers are 4.5" x 3.5".

- Oat bowls are single servings, about 6oz, and their containers 4" x 3" (*Oat bowls are currently only available to east coast customers)

- Family Meals are 3-4 servings, about 280g-300g per serving (3-4 servings per Meal): 9.75" x 7.5" x 1.75"

- Pizzas are single servings, about 8", round personal pizzas. Their boxes are 7.4" x 1.45" x 7.4"

- Smoothies are single servings, 16 fl oz, 7.5" x 2.5". *Smoothies should be kept in the fridge for up to 2 months.

As the meals are flash-frozen to hold nutrients and taste, and we don't use any unnatural preservatives, keep these in the freezer! Kept frozen, our meals last up to a year.
