What happens if my meals are melted or partially defrosted when I unpack them?Updated 20 days ago

Our boxes are packed with paper insulation and dry ice, which sublimates along the way. It's normal and expected for the ice to be partially gone by the time you receive your box. If it's entirely gone, our safety test is still cold = still safe to refreeze. Even if your meals are partially defrosted inside, so long as they are cold and their liners in tact, they're good to be refrozen.
