If you want to skip or cancel an order that’s already charged to your billing account, please send us an email at [email protected]. PLEASE NOTE: If you contact us after our system cutoff, we will not be able to halt your order. Those cutoffs are listed below. If you contact us before those times we will be able to halt and refund or reschedule your order.
Our system cutoffs to make changes to an already-charged order:
- Tuesday/ Wednesday delivery: 3pm EST/ 12pm PST Sunday-prior
- Friday delivery: 3pm EST/ 12pm PST Wednesday-prior
